Biography
Paul is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer. His practice focuses primarily on resolving complex business and commercial disputes by representing individuals and entities at all stages of the legal process. Paul’s unique electronic discovery skill set positions him to manage document intensive cases more efficiently and at a fraction of the cost as other firms. Paul approaches all matters with the same zeal, dedication, and understanding that achieving expeditions and cost-effective results is always in his clients’ best interests. Moreover, fully comprehending the unique circumstances of each dispute and individual positions of the particular client is paramount to Paul’s success.
Paul firmly believes that maintaining a healthy work-life balance is essential to prolonged success. While away from the office, Paul enjoys spending time outdoors with his amazing wife, Lindsey, and three fantastic daughters—Emma, Sofia, and Hannah. Paul is a parishioner at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Decatur, Georgia, an officer of his Knights of Columbus council, and an involved member of his community. Paul stays active by chasing his kids around and playing adult league soccer. Paul also volunteers as a soccer coach, community safety monitor, and master fry cook at annual fish fry’s.
